12.12.12 Concert Last Night

Pretty good show.  Thank goodness Kanye West performed.  It gave us time for a bathroom break, to iron a shirt for today, go over the kid's homework, etc.  Boy does he suck.

also thought the stones also were awful, like they had to go to the dr for their rx or a bathroom break they were gone so fast

Clapton looked like he phoned it in, but even flat Clapton is better than no Clapton



Bruce did a good opening set really got the place rocking as did BonJovi

The Who showed their age on Baba Oreilly but the Quadrophenia songs 515, love reign oer me were pretty good

McCartney rocked the place maybe 7 songs?
Saved the best for last  Alicia Keys is a real doll with great voice

Hope the DVR got the whole thing   it was 5 hrs after all

Yeah... during  Kanye West - was able to catch up on my e-mail, grab some snacks,  tuck the kids in...

I hope I didn't miss anything. 


The Stones, The Who, Roger Waters... all getting older.  I still like 'em...but they are showing their age.  I think my mind fills in the sound like it used to be.  Roger Daltrey really was struggling on the notes... same with Roger Waters....

All in all a good show.  Anyone hear how much was raised?  I didn't catch it on any new today.

friends were staying at bruce willis's house on a private island in the carribean a couple years ago.. they had waaaay tooo much to drink... left the restaurant..my buddy was waaaay tooo wasted to drive the golf cart so he had his wife attempt it,, she got off the trail and hightaled it across the grass and took out a guy on a bicyle..it was Keith Richards..fortunately she didnt kill him...or hurt him for that matter but can you imagine.....hey there's the woman who took out Keith Richards..
