Need help locating a picture

Several months ago I saw a picture of a lone rider heading off into the heavens with the license plate saying "CEEU" anybody know of this picture?  I printed it in black and white but now need the color print.

Jack Foster from the Minnesota Vanirs passed away a couple days ago.  A true friend and long time supporter of the Valkyrie.... well motorcycles in general...
