Movie - I Walk the Line (2005)

First time of watching it.

Didn't know the early story about Johnny Cash but really enjoyed the movie.

Even Reese Witherspoons flat screen forehead didn't detract too much.

Yeah, great movie. I'm sure it was 'embellished' a bit by the
writers. Joacquin Phoenix can sing a lot better than some people
that make a living at it!

We went to a johnny cash concert during his early years and he came out in what we then thought was in a drunken state [ later found out it was probably drugs] and started yelling and threatening the crowd. The crowd wasn't at all disruptive or rowdy so no one knew what he was mad about. After listening to him try to sing for a while, we got up and left. He was a mess and we couldn't stand listening to him any longer. Needless to say, I've not cared for him since.
