I find the SAT stats interesting, surprising, but interesting and encouraging. It doesn't make any mention of the average score, but, I guess thats around somewhere. I guess my next question is, is that the 2400 SAT that most everyone uses today?

If you really read the stats shown in donaldcc & Serk's post it Says.  "SEC Average SAT Gap Between Students And Football Players"  Key word here is GAP, If I read it correctly the Florida Gator students are a whole lot smarter than their football players, and the students and players at Ole Miss have almost the same smarts.      Yes I am a Bama fan and that leaves us somewhere in the middle on this SEC list, Sure am glad we are not #1 on this list.  Am I wrong or did I miss something?                 Just Saying!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tom was never kicked off the board.  He did leave voluntarily.  More specifically, he asked me if I wanted him gone and departed in a huff at my reply.  He didn't really leave entirely as he went over to a regional board sponsored by the VRCC and began complaining that he had been chased off.
