Any aftermarket brake pads out there worth my time? Or is OEM the best option?

OEM works best with OEM rotors.  Some have had good success when they changed rotors to EBC and used EBC pads.  Best not to mix them up.  I have never used EBC, but others who have say that they make noises etc.  The Honda pads are softer and won't wear the rotors as bad.  Just shop around for the best price on OEM.

Yeah....the EBC pads do make noise. That's what the PO put on the bike before I bought it.

I have used the EBC organic pads, they do not hurt the OEM rotors.  I don't mind the hum when applied, and they quiet down with wear.  Only advantage is the price.  Hoser
