saw them a couple years ago as well and when i found out the price i swallowed hard and walked away quickly. i hate trailering, would much rather ride to where i am going. if the time ever comes where time is of concern, i would rethink trailering. but lucky for me the wife loves to ride her valks as much as i do.

Several years ago in Daytona they were demoing that loader.

I heard the guy operating it, say $3,000 installed in your pickup.

Website says $2,795 (I think) and that was to a business or a Frieght Terminal.

About 5 years ago I had a blowout on the rear tire of my 1500 Goldwing up in the Central Valley of CA. Called AAA and told them I needed a flatbed for towing, so what did they send.....a little pickup just like the one in the video, but without the technogizmo. I had to RIDE the bike up that steep ramp with a blown rear tire sqirreling all over the place. May have been the most scared I ever was on a motorcycle. Had it not been 106 degrees I would definitely have waited for another truck. Made it up and on OK, but I'm sure it cost me a few hairs I can't afford to lose.

No firkin way would I ride a Gold Wing up a ramp into a pickup bed with  a flat rear tire.

That is why i always ask AAA on a call, what are ya sending.

I'd of set in this guys pickup in the nice cool AC waiting on a flat bed.

They might have got pissed, but it is my $$$$$ for the premium.

i have seen this work several times and i hope to get one. I just missed a used one. I have a motorhome that we bought last year and are still getting everything setup. I plan to buy a pick up to tow behind the motorhome and would like to have the Valk loaded in the back of the truck.
They work great from what I've seen and its a one person job. I'm still thinking but i really want to take the bike south when we can go.
