Got my carbs in sync and replaced my missing idle adjustment knob and took off riding. Runs like a new one. Went  looking for roads I havent done in the area, used most of two tanks of gas.  There may be no roads around here, (paved that is) that I havn't touched!       Hoser

Knowing the general flow of fronts from KS and MO, I really didn't like reading the above posts.   Yes, I just got off the fat gurl and she was a thrill a minute to ride.  Guess I better get back out there and put a few more miles on her before the stuff hits the fan.

Where you taking the tractor? 

It just runs from the front to the back yard, trailer toter. my back driveway is curved, and a bitch to back a 20 ft trailer behind my full size quad cab, drive is just 11 foot wide, and I either scrape the house on the fence with the truck. Tractor, does fine. The tractor is a little weird, 1961 Cub Cadet, all cast iron chassis, tossed the original 10 horse Wisconsin several years ago, it now has a 38 horse OMC v twin industrial engine on it. Over head valves, looks like a Harley on steroids. Dam thing will pull a house.

It's snowing here too.  Yesterday was in the uper 40's but foggy all day.  Today is 25 degrees, the wind is blowing, and we have 4" of snow on the ground and a bit more coming down.  what a difference a day makes.

Suppose to get up to 40 again today.  That is if the F(*&^ing fog lifts.   A ride may happen this afternoon.  Maybe 80-100 miler.
