My son and the Kaufman shooting

My son, Phillip, which most of the DFW guys have met, was in the Kaufman courthouse this morning on jury duty when the shooting occured.  He went through the lockdown and was a bit shaken when they finally lifted the lockdown and let them go home.  He is OK and we are grateful he wasn't injured.

Crazy!  Good to know Phillip is OK.

My son's school went on lock down Thursday after there was an "incident" (school district's word) nearby.  Apparently, someone was seen with a gun and the Sheriff was called.  Don't know anymore details...could have been an overreaction.  The tough part is that there has been no followup information from the school district.
