Bonnie drove me down to the Bronx to pick up the 1150 rtp which was getting a clutch, slave cylinder, front and rear brakes and air filter. They bled the lines and replaced all the seals as well
The shop races bikes down in Englishtown NJ  and came in 2nd last year   The mechanic is the fellow who runs the shop over in New Rochelle  Good wrench skills

Oh My Gawd this is a totally different bike than the one I picked up on ebay 3 yrs ago

looked down and 90 in 6th she wasnt breathing heavy at all

very light traffic the 30 or so miles home. It took me longer to make a spot in the garage

(funny how crap in the garage is like when you spill water on a table, it just goes everywhere)

so I could park it against the wall opposite where her cousin the Valkyrie would go but of course

the Valk is still on the lift waiting for crush washers for the caliper rebuild swap out

Tonite it will snow again but today is 47 and  some sun

Not too bad for February   Still over a foot of snow on either side of the driveway

The smile on my face should last all day, Now off to work for a 1/2 day

If you don't know where your going any road will take you there

That 47* day with sun felt really good here to. The sun even had some warmth to it. Glad you got to blow the stink off. Can't get out of my drive too much ice even though I plow it. Good on ya OSS some day I hope to join ya. In a way the winter is good. When I bought "snot" she was neglected and its taken the winter to get things under control and looking half way decent.

Just bled the clutch and have new brake pads in the garage too. Oil and filter changed, (filthy) and carbs done. New windshield and exhaust change to 6 on 6s. Don't think the original owner would recognize it. So, winter is good....but don't let anyone know I said that. C'mon Spring!
You are never lost if you don't care where you are!

Jess from VA

Got out for a spirited 140 myself.  Blowing the cobwebs out of the Interstate and my brain.  Had to wipe down a lot of dry chemical dust... easier to clean than bugs.
