How can you send a private messeage.

I assume you are referring to this site.

Click on the persons handle and you will go to that person's profile.
Scroll down about 3/4 the way and there is a line that says send this
persion a personnel message.   Click on that and you should go to the PM message panel.

Type in what ya want and hit send.
