South Florida Yellow / White 98 with black tourer bags Memphis Batwing Anyone??

I looked at a bike for sale near Labelle, Florida that recently came from southeast Florida. It looks like a Yellow and White 98 STD with black tourer bags and a black Memphis Shades batwing. About 56,000 miles, does it sound familiar to anyone here? It has a Mustang seat and Darkside rear tire.  I may take it in trade towards my 99 Interstate.

Do you know if the bike had any issues? I has some extra parts that come with it, including another final drive with trashed splines...
