got to check out all the new bike hauling equipment. Got some nice ones for the goldwings????.
I rode down on a R1100R BMW, my buddy was riding a 1968 shovelhead chopper. The beemer leaked fork oil and the chopper leaked engine oil, so i guess we were even.
Only saw one M/C wreck on US1 north of daytona. The bike looked bad. don't know about the rider.

I was in North Georgia yesterday on I-75 it was a beautiful day and it seemed such a shame to me all the folks rollin' north bound out of Florida with the bike on a trailer  :(  Where do they park all the trailers at trailer week  ???

I've seen alot of people that thought they were cool , but then again Lord I've seen alot of fools.

Joe, in reply to your question as to where do they park all those trailers.

The Motels have made arrangements with anyone who owns a vacant lot.
You pay the Motel the asking daily price, the Motel get 1/2 and the lot owner gets 1/2.     Damn good money maker.

I always staid about 1/2 way between Daytona and St Augustine at a Motel the had cabins and lots of grass.      The grass area was usually full of pickie ups and trailers.    After the son & I encountered 14" of snow one year in middle Illinois coming home, we started trailering.     The snow we hit, is when I had my Boss Hoss.     That SOB was worthless in the snow.

Several years after that and we had the trailer, we encountered a lot of snow.  It was safer in the pickup.
