how can u post from photobucket?

Use the IMG code or paste the direct link between the brackets that appear when you click on the "insert image" icon.

On here it' simple:
Look above where all the boxes are for bold, underline, etc. The bottom one left side is "insert image"
In photo bucket right click and copy "direct link"
click on the insert image and place photo link in between.

or to make it simple it should look like this:
(img)http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v604/shm2230/100_0226.jpg(/img)
Change the ( and) to [and] in img

Edited.  If you select "modify" on the upper right you can see what I did to your post.

Basically it looks like this (without the colors) exchanging the { } for [ ]:

1. Have picture loaded in photobucket.
2.Point mouse at picture ( below  will show-up  at the bottom of pic )
Email & IM 
Direct Link 
HTML Code 
IMG Code
3.Left click " Direct Link " turn it blue.
4.Right click the blue..Then " Copy "
5.Look above at the picture icon right click and Paste ... It must be between..[img]    your pic goes here  [img]

Photobucket is a free web service that lets you store and share your PICS on the web.

Check them out at:  www.photobucket.com
