change stock fuel shut off to manuel shut off

 link  to conert the vacum to a manuel or  parts  pictures to the stock fuel shut off..mine was leaking and I must have put it back together wrong, now I am getting no fuel flow.Im not sure if it is together right as I had to take a few days break and some one may  have messed up the order of the parts I had laid out..help please..
