A coworker just got finished building this 2 weeks ago. I thought some of you guys might like to see it. It started as a street glide. The fairing was pitched for a road glide fairing.

Honestly, I just don't get the whole Big Front Wheel thing. Every time I see one, it reminds me of the Bigwheel my son had when he was 3 yrs old

I'm with you, I bought a Dodge Ram Hemi in 2009.   It had 20" wheels, and believe it or not after I took one fall I couldn't get in the damn thing anymore and had to trade it off for another Dakota.

I tried a stepping stool with a rope so I could drag it into the cab after I got it, if I got in.    Gettin out was simple, turn my feet out and just let my butt slide off the seat.    Eventually my feet would hit the ground.

I took it out to the garage where I bought it, I had worked for them as a shuttle driver before I took on the O2 buddy,  we swapped the wheels off of another Ram and set it on the ground.      Looked like crap, so we put my wheels back on and started looking for another Dakota.

After I had traded back then I discovered the Air bags where you could lay it on the ground when the key was off.    Had I of found them sooner, that is the avenue I'd of gone.     I loved that damn Hemi......

Didn't mind hi jacking this link as it started out about a Harley link.

Just saw her 2 weeks ago, She looked pretty damn good to me.

She must have got off the drugs or alcohol and cleaned up her act.  Years ago she was a guest onboard the USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN-71).  I was the OOD when she came onboard and the legs looked good but she looked quite rough back then.

Looks like you hit Bike Night at Glendale. Pretty awesome to see all those bikes show. Made 4 of them when in Peoria visiting but only saw one other Valkyrie. Maybe 2 or Still a cool experience.
Loved the weekly gatherings of all the hot rods at the local stores as well.

Didn't go to Westgate for bike night. 1st Fri of the month, Mesa, AZ has a downtown bike night. This week is the kickoff parties for AZ Bike Week.

I have to ask? Why not just start out with a Road Glide?

He sold a bagger for some $$ and a used harley in trade. My rememberer went bad. It was an Ultra Classic, not a street glide. BUT he wanted a Road Glide for the project.
