WOW, the same woman for 75 years !  More power to you, and, her. I like to hear stories like that.
We have become friends with a couple over the winters that have been together for 60+ years, and, they even still like each other. Great people.

Well, not quite.  I've been dating her for 40 years but married for 35.  So, should have written that better - dated for 5 years, then got married.  Total is 40, because we still go on dates.

Congrats to your friends at 60+ - I might make it!

Dating for 40 years didn't quite compute with me, but, I'm too slow to understand what you meant. Guess I'm kinda in the same boat. JoAnn has put up with me for 42 years, don't know why. We're going on a double date tonight, with some good friends. Its our last night in town so we're going to hit the town for our last Kelly's margaritas, conch chowder and turkey pot pie of the season before heading north in the morning.

It's been a rough 11 years.
I'm guessing there was some meth involved in her beauty regime.

I was working at a Mitch Rider concert quite a while ago and ran into my first fiancee'. I hadn't seen her since we split years ago. I have always felt I missed something by not getting married to her, she was a sweet heart, but his small town wasn't what she wanted to stay in. Anyway, I was walking down a row of people and there she was, just as pretty as ever but a little heavier. I just stopped after she said hi. I said hi back and she said: "you've lost some hair" and right out of the blue I said: "yup, and your ass got fat". That was it...I kept moving.
And yer ass got fat-PRICELESS.  :2funny: No WAY in hell you wuz getting back with that.  :cooldude: RIDE SAFE.
I never really got over her......Happily married to a great woman but this girl has always been in my mind. Guess the "what if" thing. Sounds screwy I know!
