Second and current ride bought in 2004. What I wanted in the first place, a 97 Red and white tourer. Only cost the insurance $, a sprained ankle and knee, and a couple broke ribbs

There are a few of us that have been doing this for the full term. Good feeling isn't it ? These bikes just feel like an old glove or pair of shoes. They fit and feel good. They don't look too bad either.

Well you guys have a lot more years on these beasts than I do.  In a way, I'm jealous.  I looked at Valkyries for two years before purchasing mine on Labor Day 2007.  But I still remember the test ride.  My largest motorcycle was probably 200 pounds less than the Valk, so picking it off the side stand was a chore.  But when we started off, that bike just felt right, and I was hooked.  Valkalcholic for life, not looking to be cured and I'm sure that's how we all feel.
