Just curious, What are you I/S owners doing for a windshield pouch or are ya? I tried a tri -pouch and it looks like it will block some of my line of sight. I love my new I/S but is amazing to me why there not any storage at all in the fairing.

Any and all tips will be appreciated! :)

+1  Need's somethin'. Thinkin' 'bout using 2 or 3 separate pouches. Can't find anything that fits that curve.

I have seen some std three-pockets modified to fit (no idea how), but looked like it blocked visibility to me.

I am not a fan of leather tank bib bag/purses, but the discontinued big pocket Heritage I have does come in handy.  The fold-over tab holds a small map pocket under clear plastic.  The ones in my hand blew away too many times.  Poor man's GPS.

Copied on-line.  I'm pretty sure this is not where you put your final drive oil.

Here is what I have found to be convieniant for me.

Serves multiple roles, keeps that glare from getting you off of the gas cap, is magnetic so it WON'T move it came with a set of shoulder straps so you can use it as a back pack or the wife can carry it for you as her purse ( I have done that a couple times now). It's easy to access with one hand while driving, has a seperate zippered compartment for your glasses or smokes or knife or whatever, has a pocket for you MP3 player and come with an attached rain cover that folds up and into it's own pocket also. Has a nice detachable map pouch on top, and  carry handle on the tope.
This is the model I have, I think I gave $30 or so at a warehouse sale.

If I had the cash to buy a different one for traveling at least I would probably get the larger model.

This is what's on our IS..... http://www.rapid-transit.com/Products/BigCity.htm
Don't wanna run it all the time though. Would still be nice to just have a pocket or three on the dash.
Anybody found anything that works good with the IS windshield?

It is where you put your reminder not to drive off without any final drive oil  ;)

There's three messages on there right now.

I took it off for one or two rides, I really missed the pouch... I use it every time

I look at my brothers standard with his windshield pouches and that old green eyed jealousy monster rares it's ugly head.  :crazy2: I have a pouch on the back of my backrest but it be darn difficult at best to access it while rolling.  :-[ Both my jackets-mesh and leather-got outer pockets-but DAMN-I want a windshield pouch or pouches on my I/S.  :cooldude: Oh well-like daddy said-wish in one hand and crap in the other and see which one fills the fastest.  :2funny: RIDE SAFE.

If you're looking for additional storage and pouches you'll want to check out what Talisman can do for you.  Scott is a VRCC supporting vendor and his work is first class.

This works for me . It's a HD roll bag, I cut the round ends out and sewed it up flat. Doesn't block my view of the road or gauges.

I did just find the pic on Google images, but the bike looked familiar.

I also knew is was a likely a note-to-self.  I am big on notes to self too.  Without them I always forget TP and other mundane but important stuff.

Who made the 3 pouch setup for the Hondaline Tourer windshield?  Would that work?

I couldn't find anything on their site but sent them an email trying to find something for an I/S.

I've got a Hopnel tri pouch I took off my X and it fit great and at just 4" it still blocked my line of sight somewhat.
