F the gov't.  You can download the torrents that point to all of Defcad's files at Pirate Bay, which is hosted by Sweden.  Then you use a P2P client like "µTorrent".  Pirate Bay even provides an anonymizer.  Which if you don't want Big Brother watching your web use, you should be using an anonymizer already anyway.
