Below is a picture of my Valk.  Wondering how it would look with the Honda luggage rack.  What is your opinion?

I don't think it will look nearly as good as it looks without it, but they;re
handy to slap on temporarily if you need to go on a long trip... there's some
laser cut ones bent out of thick flat stock that are probably better...

Now I thinking of two bags straped onto the saddle bag lids?  Just about shoebox size to hold a few items.  I have a larger duffle bag for the fendor rack.

Think the saddle bag lids can support? They are bolted on with fender washers.

Assuming you keep it solo, why have two small bags on the bag racks, and a bit larger bag on the solo rack?

I have the same setup on my supervalk (except no bag racks), and just sling/bungee a big duffel sideways across the solo and both saddlebags.  I have about 4 different sizes duffels to go back there from a day-pack to a week-pack.  It does make getting into a saddlebag a little tricky, but no big deal.

Plus, if you do want a regular luggage rack, don't you have to reinstall the whole sissy bar setup to support it?  And, if you sling a big duffel on the solo (fender) rack lengthwise, it will probably cover your tail light.

Ditto on the handy to slap on temporary comment.  :cooldude:

I don't have the saddlebag racks but this roll bag is what I typically have for routine day-to-day touring/toting.

For overnighters I throw on the luggage rack and may even add the HL backrest/sissy bar for heavier loads to support an upright tour bag or pack.

Sorry, I couldn't put my finger on a clean shot of the naked version with solo and luggage rack but I've done it when I just hadn't had a chance to pull it after a recent trip. My guess is you would pull it too most of the time.
