John Deere Motorcycle

Seems like I have seen this bike in pictures, or one like it online... Took this picture on Saturday in Baldwin, MI.

a wheelbarrow for a trailer too!
but not a proper 3 pt. hitch, no plow or baler on this one!

Back around 1972 there were a couple of guys (I was 14, they were grown ups...) who
used to come to "the Bowl" (a bowl shaped hill where people hung out all day and
climbed) - they had either sl350s or cl350s painted just like John Deeres... they didn't
have real tractor seats though...

The tug of war bike - I seen at my vinage bike meet in Davenport Ia about 4 or 5 years ago it was a very cool bike - belt driven.
