Here in the Detroit area there are scooter "gangs"..... 20/30 hipster somethings that are into vintage Vespas and others that have Blinged out theirs with mirrors-kinda a status symbol to see how many you can add...continental ish spare tire kits...chrome and doo dads, built engines, etc....

Kinda like any other enthusiasts of motor vehicles... they get together in groups and ride around the area and have meets and shows...... neat to see.

Sounds like some other groups I've seen..... ;)

Just a matter of taste........
