Thinking of buying a Valk....again

I am looking at a bike that the owner thought was a Tourer but is in fact a Standard, although someone has got a set of hard bags for it. Bike was made november 1999 and is listed as a 2000 model.
Has no windshield or rear carrier.
My question is, will the tourer carrier fit the standard or do I need to buy extra fitings and how much does it take to have a Honda Valk windshield fitted and are they still available, I know they would be expensive, so maybe a good after market one would be a better option. Have been missing a Valk in the shed for to long now.
Bike only has 32000 miles on it. It is a US model that was imported to NZ.
Any thoughts on this bike would be appreciated

The luggage rack is a direct fit. 

The windshield isn't available anymore.  However, you can probably find a used one (eBay maybe) and the mounting hardware used. 

Even if the windshield is worthless, there are several companies that offer replacement shields for your OEM hardware. 

Unless you want to explore a fairing option, there isn't anything that protects you better than the OEM windshield bar none.

The windshield and the hardware are readily available from many vendors. HDL is an example. I just purchased a replacement OEM from them last year.

and I just bought the mounting hardware from them a few months ago also don't they sell Valkyries for much more money in nz than they do in the states ?

Thanks for the link Chillerman, will check it out.
As for prices, I think that now the Valks are 15 plus years old the price has levelled out, the Standard that I am looking at has only 32000 miles, comes with sissybar and Tourer Panniers and the price is just a bit over $8000 NZD which on current exchange rates without adding any taxes for importing a bike from US like I did in 2007 with the Red/White in my photo, would be about $6400 USD.
I will attempt to attach a couple of photos, it has been repainted to the first owners specs as they owned a Wing with that colour and wanted them to match, it was originally cream and Red

To my knowledge, there is no real difference between standard and tourer, other than the tourer comes with bags and windshield. The ID tag will have ct in the model number and the standard will have the c designation, I think.

Thanks Mitchvalk. This is my Vin # 1HFSC3411YA300095. There used to be a place where some clever chap had a list of all the Valk color codes, where it was made and for what market etc, wish I could find that.
According to what I can find out so far from previous owner is that it was made in Nov 1999 and must be a US model as it is in MPH and not KPH, was first registered here in New Zealand in early 2000.
Have agreed to buy the bike and will get it shipped to me next week. To cold here at present and lots of snow in the South Island where the bike is

Answered my own question. Found my answers on RT's Valk Geneology page...clever fella that one.
