Don't knock some of these scoots.  Most 400cc's on up can hang with almost all cycles except those rice burner crotch rockets.    I even passed 2 HD's on my 249cc scoot last week going to work putzing at around 57 mph .

That looks like Duval St in Key West. That town is full of scooters and folks that can't figure out how they work. JoAnn and I watched a girl get killed on one there.
