Made it home safe and sound, been running around like a chicken with its head cut off since getting here; too much to do, too little time to do it today.

Once the squall line passed through this AM (roads in LaCrosse were already just starting to dry by 8:00 and the pavement was completely dry before I hit Winona), it was bluebird weather to the north.  Met an awful lot of bikes coming the other way and was kinda wishing I was doing likewise.

Had a good time and I hope everyone else makes it home without issues.

Anyone out there cruising easy towards Western Colorado:
The annual BMW rally in Paonia, Colorado runs from July 25-28 and is a really low key gathering in the town park with free camping and all the amenities that a small town brings to an event (local food and entertainment).   Paonia is a great place for several day rides on the Western Slope and everyone's welcome i.e. nice people, not a big crowd.

If you're just cruisin' and looking for a nice place to hang for a couple of days, check it out.
