I forgot to post it but I just saw a BIG (figure I am 6'1" 255 and he had me, 6 3-4, 325-50) BIG black guy getting a ticket for riding one of those on the street about a week ago. He was sitting on it as the cop was writing him and it kind of looked like there was a real good reason for the fenders.
