Arrived 8pm tonite with a stop in Elkhart Indiana last night  total one way mileage 1146.5

Chicago rush hour almost did Gman and myself in as we didnt get to Ohare till almost 4pm

Today was overcast and cooler most of the day, a welcome respite from the blast furnace of Lacrosse
only adventure was getting stung or bitten multiple times by a flying death wasp or hornet that popped thru the open air wing and right above my glasses and under the helmet. Usually they pop up and you can swat em out, but with the center air wing piece out it got itself a hole in one I guess in the helmet


Bonnie and I had a great time at Inzane as usual and she thanks all for the hula hoop award

Thanks to the folks who keep the lights on and a BIG thank you to TP and Nancy and Texas Deb and Disco
and Dan Mayer (Hope you found a place for the squirrel on the bike) and all the volunteers

I put a lot more names to faces and it was great talking again to so many of my friends

Would be real nice if next year was western PA so my vote is now in

Chicago is to be avoided at all costs. I recommend next time heading west till ya hit Alaska, then heading south...maybe across Texas...a quick stop at Key west...yanno...the short way!

Always a pleasure riding with you brother OSS!  We've gone from busting up ice to get the bike out of the shed in the middle of winter to summer heat waves and nothing has stopped up yet!
