Just like to thank the VRCC staff and all of you that helped in the recoveryof the the bike
and all your prayers after our accident on the17th. Laura was released from the hospital
on the 21st. Friends were waiting with a trailor. We loaded up the bike, climbed in the SUV
and were back in Ft. wayne that evening. Laura has a broken collar bone and 4 broken ribes
one of witch punctured her lung. I ended up with some bleeding on the brain, and some road
rash on my left hand and face. We are continuing are recovery at home and will be 100%
someday. Except for me Laura says, I never was normal and never will be normal.
    I guess that's why I love Valkyrie's.

Thank you for taking the time to update us, Tom.  I am still praying for both of you and your recovery!  It was great to spend some time with you two this past week, and we hope to make it up that way to visit sometime!

Take care, Tom & Laura!

God speed on your recovery. Healing is slow when we are older, but it will come.  :cooldude:

...speaking from experience, you never realize how much you move your shoulder until you break your collar bone, I couldnt imagine breaking them both. Sounds like you and your wife had a pretty nasty encounter with the pavement. Glad you could keep your sense of humor about you. Keep you both
in our thoughts and prayers...  :cooldude:

IS there any chance that you guys will make it to Jasper in September for the Dragon In?

Would enjoy the opportunity to meet..

Wishing you both continued blessings for a fast and full recovery.

Tom, Laura must be a keeper to have those injuries and still maintain a great outlook and wonderful sense of humor.
