right side axle spacer

putting my bike back together and discovered I don't have it  ??? ??? ???

I'm sure I didn't hear anything hit the floor when I pulled the axle, it wasn't in the turck bed when I dropped off the tire ( I specifically looked to make sure there was nothing that could fall off ) it's not in the garage, truck bed, work table.  ??? ??? ??? in fact I'm not too sure it was there for the last 25,000 miles 

(ok the bearing is exposed, thats not too funny)

is there a temporary solution I could get by with until I get an actual replacement?

on further review it must be in the garage somewhere. I'll tear it apart tonight.

no I'm part time crazy but not crazy enough to ride wothout something that looks kinda important.

the axle and bearing face were pristinly clean so there HAD to be one on there, musta fallen off and rolled away when I pulled the axle out the other side.....
