Rodeo Fundraiser Motorcycle Run September 7th 2013

Hello All. I am a member of the Houston Livestock and Rodeo Go Texan Metro Committee. We work year round, and raise money for Scholarship's in the Houston area. We will be having a Motorcycle run running from Skeeter's in Pearland, TX just south of Beltway 8 in Houston. The ride will be $25 including a BBQ sandwich meal, and a Pin for the rider. Passengers will be $5 which just basically covers the meal. Anybody can stop by and buy a BBQ sandwich for $5. I am attaching a flyer. Please everybody come out, and if you can't ride buy a sandwich. Vendors will also be available, so if you want to be a vendor PM me. This is all volunteer non-profit, and I hope we have a HUGE turnout. I assume this is the correct area to post this, if not I apologize in advance, and moderators please let me know. Thanks all.

Me and JoeValk took a ride over to Scooters around 11 a.m. We met Michael and chatted for a while.  We bought a lunch ticket and a few raffle tickets.  The BBQ sandwich was really good and we got chips and a cookie with it.
I had to leave and go pick up an AC unit for our camper that went out last weekend and on the way back my cell phone rang.  It was the STAFF at the BBQ saying I had won the BBQ pit, lots of spices for grilling, and some other goodies.
I really made out and had fun.

Jimmy. I greatly appreciate you and JoeValk coming out and helping out such a good cause. I am so glad you were able to win one of the raffle items. We ended up doubling what we made last year, and had almost twice the bikes ride out. We will be having the same event possibly at the same location near the same time next year, so hopefully we can start planning ahead to make it even more successful. look forward to seeing you guys soon.
