I am sorry but the way I look at it is like this.  If your texting and end up killing someone then you should go to trial for murder. It is no driftnet than taking a gun pointing it at someone and pulling the trigger!!! they call it MURDER IN THE FIRST DEGREE
If you hurt someone for live or leave them a handicap then you should go to trial for attempt to kill
and receive the MAX.

You think that's to harsh.  Look at what people get for just abusing F***** animals. No I am not a animal hater or killer. I have a cat and dog do something them and you might has will done it one of my kid's. I am just saying something is really screwed up.

That video should be mandatory for every kid in junior high before they get a license. It seems like there isn't a day that goes by that I don't see someone texting while they are driving. It`s usually younger people but not always, I see lots of older people who should know better doing it too. Thanks for sharing that video.

Yeah, this violates everything we believe about justice (as a nation).  It would be manslaughter, and they should be dealt with as harshly as the law would allow for manslaughter, but it is not premeditated murder.
