The story I read stated that the Chief of Police has had"trouble"with 2 of them before. I've read a few articles from different sources on this, paid close attention and never did I see where they discribed the thugs race nor comment that the victim as "unarmed" like it was EVERYTIME when the media wrote about Zimmerman or martin.

Considering we (the USA) are awash in guns, our murder rate is VERY low.

The dim-wit PM of Australia would do himself a favor by looking at a world map of murder rates; broken down by country. He would see that MANY countries, with much more stringent gun controls than the USA,  have higher murder rates than the USA.........often times MANY times higher.

And in A N Y case, it is exactly NONE of his business what we do in our internal affairs.

Murder, by whatever means, and murder rates, are much more a factor of culture, society......and how the justice system that exist within any particular country treats the crime.

In cases where proof is absolutely positive, like this one, then I don't have a problem with it if appeals are denied or limited.

  I haven't researched OK law but my understanding is that these minors can be tried as adults, but as minors, no death penalty, only life in prison as a maximum sentence.
