Does Anyone Have A Cee Bailey?

I was planning on putting a Clearview replacement on my I/S until I seen the Cee Bailey. I personally like the shape of it and it's the same thickness and I believe it's also acrylic but not sure. Reading the care instructions it seems delicate compared the CV. Also I wonder about the buffeting if any.

I have two.  One on the 1100 Spirit and one for the Valkyrie that's still in the box.  I believe the CBs are thicker than stock.  I ordered the one for the Valk with the light gray tint and it's 2" taller thatn stock.  Looking forward to installing and using.

The one on the 100 mounted easily, fits tight and feels sturdy.  Doesn't vibrate at highway speed.  Quality is good as well the fit and finish.

I have a Cee Bailey on my Vstrom 1000.  It is thicker than most and doesn't vibrate for what that's worth.   Good workmanship.

Are they easy to scratch? Unlike CV,They said not to use RainX and could send it in to have it buffed. I still have the oem 15.5" -Wonder can you still see above the shield being 2" taller?

I don't want to lose the wind and don't want to look through the shield. The OEM feels good and the top is between the tip of my nose and the bridge but when it rains my eyes get hammered!

I believe it's 3/16 which is thicker than the Honda OEM.

I have a CeeBayley on my interstate. I like the shape and thickness also. I have had mine for 2years and no scratches.... But I only clean it with micro fibre and pledge.

I have a light gray 12.5" that was on my I/S for one week. Due to a left hand turner and 2 other SUV's they totaled it. I was really liking the Cee Baileys. It survived with out a scratch. I pulled it and a number of other items before they picked it up. If your interested in the wind screen I have one to part with.

I also have a Cee Bailey, standard height on my I/S.  No scratches so far, but I also baby it after seeing what windex and a chamois did to my OEM.  Just use water and microfiber towels now.

Clean it with just water and microfiber- do you wash with a dish liquid or a car wash like Meguires?

Nope.  Just soak it down and run the water over it while I use the microfiber cloth.  It's the way my grandfather taught me to wash a car without scratching it.  May not be the right way, but it works for me.
