Now we wait for appellate review.... it's worth it.  And I hope the sentence stands.

Calling that dirt head a soldier is unwarranted and an insult.  He was no more than a member of the Army.

Read that article. The obuminater or some other pres has the final authority on the death sentence. IF it falls on the obuminater wanna make any bets on which way he goes?? And it could take years or decades to implement the death sentence. In the mean time I truly believe they need to keep him cleanly shaven at ALL times. I M H O he should have NEVER been allowed to grow that beard. But that's my opinion and not wurth much these days. RIDE SAFE.

My suggestion was to haul him out into the middle of a pig pen and put a slung in his head.
My wife how ever pointed out that this was not a fit punishment. She wants to haul him out into a pig pen and shoot him in the legs. Broke my heart to tell her he's paralyzed and wouldn't feel it, but she does have the right idea though.
Maybe just roll him out there and even though he wouldn't feel most of it, he could watch as they began converting his sorry carcase to pig crap.

Convicted, sentenced active duty military with a BCD or DD, have all of the sentence implemented immediately, except the BCD/DD is not during confinement, so the convicted remains a member of the military, and subject to all lawful orders and the UCMJ.  All sentences to BCD/DD get automatic appellate review.  And of course the death penalty awaits full appellate review.

Unless the dirt head got a medical waiver against shaving for Pseudofolliculitis Barbae (ingrown beard hair which daily shaving can cause permanent lifetime scaring), which many black soldiers qualify for, he should have been shaving or forcibly shaved awaiting trial.  He was apparently able to shave up to the time of his crimes, and has said it was his Islamic piety... but the military is not required and generally does not make such exceptions.... the yarmulke issue went thru the courts and lost.

However, in seeking a SUCCESSFUL death penalty (all the way thru appellate review), I would say it was likely that the powers that be felt that forcible shaving (among other things) might hurt their chances.  Once he is shipped off to Leavenworth shaving may likely be enforced, or it may not.  He should not get ANY breaks, but on the other hand, he badly needs to ride the needle, whatever it takes.

If they think letting him keep his beard is OK (in the absence of any legitimate medical waiver), he should be required to wear an opaque bag or hood over his head at all times so it does not show.

All I need is an extra-fine grade whit-rock, a straight razor, some pig-fat to fuel a fire to keep the blade so hot as to cauterize any bleeding (in the interest of prolonging life, therefore suffering).

I will take him to my cousins hog pen, and proceed to take about two days to execute the low-life SOB. It would be done by removing about an ounce of flesh at a time, and feeding it to the hogs.

Too bad he will not be able to feel it so well, but he dang sure can watch it.....and SMELL his flesh roasting!

Make it a pay-for-view event, with the proceeds going to the victims families.

This is the way I wanted to do Bin Ladin, Take him down to Texas and find one of those Ant holes in the ground that are about 2" in diameter and have what look like divided highway radiating out from them.  Stake his azz out on it, and cut a few slits in his belly.  Have a Dr. near by to let you know if he's in danger of dying, if so cut him loose and get him to the hospital, let them get him stabilized, allow him to recover for a week or 2, then start the process all over again, repeat as necessary.

When I was in K9 school @ Lackland AFB, I killed a rattler and threw it on one of those ant hills about 0700, it was half gone by lunch time.

And look what happened to the cockroach.........lived over 10 years, was living in comfort, was attended to 40 different ways, suffered maybe one to two seconds between the low round, and the head shot, and his body was treated with dignity & respect, with a proper Muslim burial.

It is one STEEEEE-RANGE world we live in Brother!
