Great customer service from Progessive Suspension

While doing some pre-trip maintenance on the Rat Rod Valk, I discovered that the PS 412 upper shock bushings were totally worn out. I called PS customer service and they told me that is a common complaint from Valkyrie owners. They took my info and called me the next day to confirm my complaint but I had to go on our trip with damaged bushings as we were leaving the next day.

Originally the 412s came with rubber bushings and aluminum inserts for proper fitment for various M/C applications. They have upgraded the bushings from rubber to polyurethane and they sent me a set (no parts charge/no shipping charges) and they will replace any failed rubber bushings with the improved versions.

My faith is restored in an American company.
