I scored a set of stock exhaust today, a few dings and scratches but overall in good shape. Trying to figure out if I got a good deal. Whats a good price for a 7 out of 10 condition pipes?

Willow

7 of 10?  $250 - $400.  $200 or below is a really good deal.

I got a used set off Ebay about 1 1/2 year ago, I think about $300 + shipping to replace a set of Cobras.  They were in good shape except for bluing of headers.  And then about a month later I bought another set I found on Craigs List that a young woman had sitting in her garage for 12 years.  Her dad had taken them off at about 100 miles to replace with Cobras and she wanted off garage floor.  These are pristine and I got a deal for $250 and drove about 60 miles to pick them up.  That I think is a good deal!

Yours seem like you may have stolen them.  :cooldude:

My headers are not blued at all still shiny. Now time to chop them up and do the glass pack mod.

Gavin, I know at LEAST 2 guys that would be willing to trade you exhausts that are either already truck stacks or simply OEM modified to be louder, that would LOVE to get a set of quiet pipes for their Valks.

Let me know if you're interested.

Im going to build my own, a guy at work use to make custom exhaust and says he can get a sound out of them that has never been heard before, we will see what he comes up with.
