Just another new snafu. Apparently there is no provision to mandate bids and IL. and maybe MI. are now getting/signing contracts from a high priced company that happens to already be under federal investigation. IL. politics at its best. I'm wondering how many other states will follow suit.

Oh yeah-i'd move back to Illinois. High taxes lousy roads the absolute best politicians money can buy lovely warm winters and that truly wonderful exciting never to be forgotten GUN FREE ZONE that is Chicago. Really need a sarcasm font.  :2funny: RIDE SAFE.
