Nope.. just a little science, with a lot of speed thrown in for good measure.
While living in Alaska I watched snowmobilers doing the same thing.

Bored snowmobilers do it all the time around here, in the summer.  Even have organized races.

At first it looked faked the way the bike hit the water so smooth in the expanded shot, but if they placed the ramp just right, it should look that way.

It's pretty cool.

I believe its been shown the guy running across the water was faked. Platform below the water line/level.
The guy on the bike may be real, but there is not much surface area to work with on the bike tire so speed would be everything, that is, if it was real.
Snowmobiles are easy and a lot different because of the surface area of the track.
I've skated snow machines across water, simple. I've also sunk motor bikes.

I dont believe it is possible to ride a motorcycle or run on water.  FAKE, but a good job of it.

Ok......WOW the mythbuster guy went farther than the swimming pool guy........but running no one is going to convince me of that one.  I stand corrected on the bike deal

I saw the same motorcycle on water thing on mythbusters.

He managed to get out about a couple hundred feet, then sunk
Front tire slowed it down til she went down.
