Converting tire sizes.

I'm looking at replacing the tires on the '84 GL1200 project but having trouble finding a chart that gives equivalent sizes. The size in question: MV85/B15.  What the heck is that in metric? I'm guessing around a 150/90-15 but that's only a guess. Does anyone know of a conversion chart I can use and keep for future reference?
