Goldwing wheel fit Valkyrie?

I just picked up a 97 Valk.  Very pleased with the deal.  Needs a few things which I was planning to do over the winter.  One of those things is the rear tire is completely shot and unsafe.  I have a complete Goldwing tire and wheel with decent tread and I was thinking about throwing that on for the next couple months until snow flies.  Will it fit and work?
