This a$$ wants a plea?  No efn way!!  The law has ordered (pleaded with) him  to drive sober, Not drive without a license or insurance multiple times.  Give him life behind bars.

I M H O and for what little it's worth-a life sentence with out the possibility of parole would send a message. BUT it is WAY more than he deserves. He killed two brothers and injured lots more. He can only be executed ONCE. Keep us informed please on how this plays out. RIDE SAFE.

Your rap sheet link shows a Clinton T. and Clinton H. Lovelace.  One appears to be the father... a real winning family there it looks like.  No wonder this kid is messed up.

He pleaded no contest and the prosecutor is recommending 20 years.  It would be nice if the judge gave him more than that.    Wouldn't it be great if after he gets out a drunk driver ran him down.  Doesn't have to kill him, just paralyze him.  Let a monkey feed him for the rest of his life.

I M H O he got off too cursed easy. 20 years for 2 deaths and multiple injuries. I have my own ideas on what SHOULD have happened-but some would call it cruel and unusual. RIDE SAFE.

Actually he hasn't been sentenced yet. Sentencing set for Feb. 6

If the prosecutor recommends 20 years the judge usually gives them less.

This pisses me off for several reasons.    I don't like drunk or impaired drivers. I lost my sister to a driver that was drinking and smoking pot.

I don't like the mis-justice  system.  Too many people on the streets that belong behind bars.

Put those together and add the deaths of two bikers and the mayhem created just adds up to me being really mad.

Sorry for the rant.  We'll have to wait till February to find out the sentence.

I very strongly believe you don't gots to splain to no one. These slap on the wrist penalties ARE getting/have gotten WAY out of hand. RIDE SAFE.
