the back of my wife's head is sore now....

we wake up in the mornings on the week end watching a little TV and let the kitten in the room for a bit. the kitten likes to roam around and get into everything. my wife was lying there on her back with her head propped up and the kitten unexpectedly jumped up on the bed which startled my wife and she banged her head on the wall. 

had to share, poor thing she's just too tightly wound.....

The great entertainment that cats provide us with.  Ours tried to choke the wife to death a few years back by stepping into her open mouth while she was sleeping.  Hell of a way to be told to stop snoring.

Visiting a cousin in my teens, I awoke late on the couch with her cat sucking (nibbling) on my earlobe, pretty aggressively.  You might think that would have been exciting but it creeped the hell out of me and I locked it in the bathroom before going back to sleep. 

She said it was a reversion to kittenhood breastfeeding....... I just thought the cat was a pervert.

it's funny our cat will do this to my wife's shoulder, but only if I'm not around. I guess if I'm in the room she's too self concious.

yesterday while I was mowing the back yard she lifted her head from the shoulder to check out where I was and then went back to suckling....

I think it is the return to kittenhood breastfeeding happy thing (thou I have no credentials in cat psychology).  Tongues are like 400 sandpaper. 

Who knows if cats are perverts or not.......... though most are killers.

I had them for decades (and liked most of them)..... but they left with the wife (package deal).

We also have a cat that does that to the wife,  (suckling the earlobe.  It was a barn kitten taken from the mother too young.  We believe it to be a mothering and feeding thing as well.  She has the front paws kneeding away as if feeding too.
