mouse clicks have changed

I use to rest on a subject and get a brief preview.
Now the sneak preview doesn't function any more.
I use to right-click to back out of thread and go back to the open board.
Now I have to hit the "home" button to exit a thread, then open the general board again to continue to peruse the subject titles.

I deleted a bunch of cookies thinking the ghostly critters may have something to do with it. No change.
Anybody else... or is it just me.

Don't know about the other stuff... but the "Sneak Peak" works fine for me. 

Maybe there are some settings for that??? Or something wrong with your internet explorer?

I use Firefox as my browser. Other than a slew of never ending and annoying pop-up and flickering advertizing, the functionality seems to be the same on all other websites. This site is the only one I've noticed a change in navigating within.

I use SeaMonkey, and the preview is very touchy about where the cursor rests... sometimes yes, sometimes no.

What you're describing is not native to Firefox.  It sounds like you have something loaded added to the Firefox browser.

I don't know of any reason why the clicks of the mouse should have changed, but I can't speak definitively as I apparently don't view the site the same way you do.

At the top and bottom of each thread is a way to go back to the display at the full board level.  At the top click on the name of the board (such as General Board).  At the bottom simply click on the link for the board labeled "go".  For me that link is on the lower right.

The button on the lower right corner as you describe does work. All these years I've been accustomed to using the mouse buttons to go back and forth. A minor source of aggravation when things cease to function as they normally have, sans rhyme, reason or way to fix it.

Mouse hover previews with Firefox and Windows 7 works fine for me.  And no popups or glitchy ads.

Windows 8, works as you describe on my box.

Hover and preview.   It is picky where you are in the title however.
