Hi Friends and Neighbors

Most of you know that we have been engaged for the past year with the Commemorative Air Force and the B-17 Flying Fortress Texas Raiders.  The last opportunity to see Texas Raiders fly this year will be on Saturday November 2.   The airplane has been touring all summer, appearing in cities like Lexington, Savannah, Topeka and New Orleans.  In November she will go down for winter maintenance, and won't fly again until next spring.



The public is invited for tours of the airplane, conducted by crew members.  Admission for a tour of the airplane is $5 for adults, $3 for kids.    Tours will begin at 10:00 AM and stop at 1:00 PM.  Of course we are selling rides, too, with flights beginning at 2:00 PM.  If anybody wants the once-in-a-lifetime experience of flying in a B-17, rides are $425 for a 30 minute flight, by reservation only.  Call 855-FLY-A-B17 for a flight reservation.  



We will be working at this event the whole day, we hope you can come out to see us!
