Where a bunch of guys are throwing a ball around and a dancing bear goes right through them in plain sight. But you won't see it the first time. Unless you know.

Anyway, its about awareness and I been thinking about that for a while.
Going back to the Government shutdown.

Remember the uproar when the death benefits were delayed.

Personally, I didn't have much of a cow about it because I knew the problem would be rectified in fairly short order. Sure it was politically embarrassing for everyone on any side of the aisle they were on.

But everyone missed the dancing bear.

Just during the shutdown 29 Americans were killed in Afghanistan. Between the government and media:
Nobody asked what the Hell are we still there for.
Nobody asked why.

29 Americans just during the shutdown, and we're worried about the money.

Gonna send off a note to a Congressman now.

That's a cursed astute observation, Moonshot. It's entirely possible that we have missed a lot of dancing bears over the past several decades.

I posted the "Awareness" video, Mike and I couldn't agree with you more. The Afghans should be trained by now--except the ones who want to betray us and take us out. It's time to leave that Hellhole and bring our men and women home!
