In the vid, they call it the GoldWing Valkyrie; well what is it then? a GoldWing or a Valkyrie? Make up your mind Honda!!!

Also spotted this in the write-up :-  That first iteration was built right here in the USA from 1996-2003 and still has legions of fans. It used the flat-four, liquid-cooled 1520cc motor and six-speed gearbox from the old GL1500 Gold Wing (1988-2000), but with a different tube-steel chassis
C'mon now, do the research and get it right, ffs!!!

As for the bike pictured? It has some sort of potential, but as yet I can't put my finger on it.
As a replacement for our Valks, it's a 100% better than the Rune (imo), but still too much bodywork for a proper cruiser.
Looks like Honda didn't want to spend money on chroming so hid everything behind 'Wing panels.

The GL1800 'Wing cockpit feels very cramped compared to the GL1500 'Wing, and the 1500 'Wing's cockpit feels cramped compared to the Valk.
Now if this new conception has lost that cramped feel to the cockpit, then it might be worth looking at.
I'd have to see it in the flesh.

Until then, my '98 Standard will have to suffice!

I posted a few months ago that the local dealer had told me that Honda would be introducing the new F6C this November. I stopped by early this month and he said they hadn't come out with it yet and would be some time in the coming weeks.

So I've been anxiously awaiting this annoucement.

Would like to see the Tourer Version. And the MSRP.

I saw the "flat four" on the write up. Not impressed.

Style wise, there will never, never be another Valkyrie. Perhaps there will be a retro version in the future.   

But the classic style cannot be matched.  But life goes on and so does style.

It ain't a bad looking bike.  Will be interested in giving it a spin but won't be trading any time soon.

Ever see something that you really REALLY want to like, but... you just can't?

I'm glad Honda's doing something a little different, but IMHO too much Gold Wing, not enough Valkyrie.

Nailed it... it wouldn't be hard to stick a sexy tank badge on the thing but the carbs and riser tubes being hidden by plastic is a big turn-off.

Of all three versions of the goldwing, the F6B appears best to me.

Those panels/pods/abortions above the valve covers-W T F were they thinking. Reminiscent of the little grille work on the front and above the headlights on a 59 Chevy. WHY would they do such a thing. I M H O it MIGHT have possibilities but the designers should consider asking the riders they are supposedly trying to reach what would work better in the real world. It's funny or sad depending on how you want to look at it but my soon to be 15 year old motorcycle moves my soul a whole lot more than that new one depicted here does. On the plus side though if that will be a production color i'm likin it. We do know that the drive line is as close to bullet proof as they come. RIDE SAFE.

Those hid the radiators and ducting exactly like to Goldwing.
