on a technicality, he tried to drown a woman in a bathtub and he was not informed that the tub was a deadly weapon (if he held her down long enough was she gonna grow gills?  )

I'd never heard of this guy before and black serial killers are somewhat rare( I think, or maybe they just don't rate the headlines)

luckily he died in prison before he was released to kill again..

When I read about the water and the bathtub GOD forgive me the Only thing that came to mind was the Monty Python sketch about defending themselves from fruit.  I already know the car/vehicle is a deadly weapon but if someone is capable of picking it up and dropping it on somebody else do you have to point it out to them??
