I am needing some new Avon Cobras. I usually buy them from my local dealer who is a super nice guy and I always try to support him...but being that I'm spent out (broke!) over the holidays, I need to save as much as possible. Where is a good place on line to buy a set at a good deal?

You can look around at Jake Wilson, Dennis Kirk, HDL, yada.... but when I am looking for best price, I enter the exact item (tire and size - and/or OE part number) in a Google search, and start opening windows one by one.

If Amazon has one (or both) they will rarely be beaten (but sometimes you can find cheaper).

I'm not sure of their tire prices however right now is 15 % off at HDL until 12-3-13 the code is BLACKFRI13 .
I saved $36.85 on a Wing alternator.

Not sure about the Cobras but I run a 200 series Bridgestone Battleaxe. No problems and happy with the tire.

I did for the  u joint and within a year I needed one

only 87k on my alt though, maybe just get brushes.

I got a Shinko S E 890 on sale from Ron Ayers for $98.58 delivered and my D/S Nexen 5000 205-65-16 $84.47 delivered. Little more than $183.++ fot 2 new shoes. Todays ride I wrung them out in the twisties and luvin it.  RIDE SAFE.
