First of all, lead is not the only metal used for bullets. Lead or no, there will still be ammunition. The future of ammunition might not even be metal. Furthermore, we will just have to import lead which we can easily do. I'm not sure that it will even impact the cost that much since Chinese lead will be extracted and processed in the least safe way possible reducing the cost to produce enough so that it may offset the cost of import.

And what would the justification be for declaring marshal law? The President cannot unilaterally declare martial law. You need congressional approval for that (Posse Comitatus). Where do people get this idiocy?

The closing of the smelting plant is not thought to be a critical issue as there is enough recycled lead from the marketplace to more than cover manufacturer needs for ammo production. Having said that, I have no doubt that this putz would love to see citizens disarmed.

We have caught them time and again providing arms to help defeat our soldiers in Iraq, Afghanistan  and as soon as our Muslim in chief sends our troops into Syria to help Al-quida take over that country they will be at it there as well. (they actually already are)

As of the beginning of 2009 it is thought Iran had about 5000 IR1 centrifuges. Now it is believed they have 17000 IR1 and IR2 centrifuges and its just a matter of months before they will have a high enough concentrate for a bomb. Our wonderful new agreement really does nothing to reduce or stop the production from them. At this point its believed they have 3% concentrate and the agreement allows them a 5%. Personally I'm not sure anyone knows much of anything.
