I am no expert, but isnt the frame kinda low, looks like a car tire has more clearance to the swing arm than the frame to the ground

Quite a rat rod ! I kinda like it.

Can't go very far on it ? I rode a chopper across [and back] this beautiful country back in '71. Had a 3 gal peanut tank on it but I had it tipped at such an angle it only held 1.5 gals. I was still in a body cast at the time which had to be 'altered' for the trip and I was very happy to get off it for fuel stops, or any other stop I could think of. The things we do when we're young and not too bright.

looks like a valkyrie rear wheel..  that lil gas tank i couldnt make to to the gas station.. o my todd would be mad as hell stopping every gas station.

Looks like a different frame.  If the frame is tube instead of 'box'  that tank may hold more gas than you think.

I'm guessing it's got air bag suspension and it's in its kneeling position.

Looks like a rigid frame. The side  stand is visable above the rear brake caliper.

Just because it has a flat 6 motor on it doesnt mean its a valkyrie. It isnt, just using a great motor to push it down the road... Looks real good too.

Check the headlight aim.     Headed straight down the road.

So doubt that anything is broke.

Chair is too level also for a broken tree or frame.

This is definitely looks to be a side car racer, with the "passenger" scrambling all over the place.
